Hi have joined a new company and they have no way of caculating ARF LTIFR FWI to complete a SHEQ report  i be greatfull id anyone  have such spread sheets template they coud share

Are you really asking for help with a spreadsheet that does little more than basic mathematical operations? Mutiply, divide etc

Once you have the data, Excel will do graphs for you more or less automatically

im after a spreadsheet  that is set up so you can enetr  hours worked  and it will caculate the AFR LTIFR and produce grapghs  im not  a wiz with spreadsheets

Chris - someone needs to know exactly what equation you are trying to use and present graphically. The way things are recorded are not internationally consistent.

If you work for any organisation of substance you should have some young 'un who can do Excel almost with their eyes closed. You just need to explain to them what you want to present, they will tap away and just like magic!
