Hi all, 

I have knoweldge of LOLER and BS 7121 but I am looking to find out what the main guidance would be in Europe and is Crane AP / Supervisor still a requirement. 

Any guidance, links to docs etc welcome.

Rdot, I don't know the answer, but suggest you start by looking at the detail of the relevant EC Directives and seeing how these have been implemented in the Member States. The EU-OSHA website would be a good starting place.
