Morning everyone, I wonder if you can help me, I need to conduct a vulnerable RA of which i want to include disabled and expectant mothers, rather than re invent the wheel, is there anybody out there who one which is deemed suitable that i could have a read of please? Im not looking to copy, just to get a feel for the correct way forward

Personally this is really specific to the work and person. Each person will have different needs and requirements and this will not only depend on why they are vulnerable but what work/location is being assessed.

I would take existing work risk assessments relevant to the person and create a specific one with them and their manager to take into account their needs and risks.

Hello. As I know, in essence, risk assessment involves looking outside of an organization to determine what threats exist that could potentially lead to problems, while vulnerability assessment involves looking inside the organization for structural flaws and weaknesses. cupcake 2048
