Hi, I'm doing some research to identify some facilities management software. We have about 40 properties spread over the county so looking for something that will accomodate H&S checks - fire, COSHH, legionella etc. as well as repairs, servicing, maintenance - reactive and planned. Does anyone use FM software and/or any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Software might not be your answer...I would contact the FM institute and get some advice but be clear about what you want...https://www.iwfm.org.uk/ All systems can be exported into spreadsheets to allow manipulation of the data...for me I would ensure that all of these item are scheduled/raised as a work order in the FM system and can then be tracked as you would do any work order. Good luck ...come back and let us know how you get on :)

Come to that I recall a system to manage maintenance work operating as part of SAP - a database system which is better known for financial management such as purchasing and stock but also had this kind of capability. So it may be worth checking whether whatever your purchasing and finance people use has the capabilities you need.
