Morning All

I am currently reviewing some of of company documentation and was wondering if the Disabled Persons Act 1944 has been replaced by the Equalities Act 2010?

I have looked on line and cannot find anything to state that this is the case.

Thanks in advance.

www.legislation.gov.uk will tell you what sections are repealed and by what.

So starting at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/Geo6/7-8/10/section/1 the notes at the bottom say section 1 is repealed by Disability Discrimination Act 1995, click next provision and s.2 is repealed by Employment And Training Act 1973, click next provision and s.3 is repealed by DDA 1995 again, etc.

Sections 15, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 23 seem not to have not been repealed
