Not just H&S specific but I'm starting a new role and I've been asked for ways to be able to collect pre & post training feedback easier so it can be studied and acted on. I've only really used paper based forms for classes in a small company I worked for, this is a large corporation that could include worldwide courses. Anyone using something similar? personally I like the idea of QR codes linking to an online survey, but want to have more than 1 option when I start,

SurveyMonkey works for me. If you invest in the paid-for version you can get the results presented in spreadsheet form. If you have lots of data this can be worthwhile. The paid-for version also has more options for presenting the questions.
