I know there has been a lot of talk about stopping the use of  Unassited lookouts Red Zone across the network and a ban has come in at Wales Region. Is there any specific Network wide ruling about their use or update / guidance / Bulletin to stop this practice? If so , please send me details. NR Safety Council, etc, does not clearly address this.
