Hi All,

I am looking to procure someone to assist with a thermal risk assessment for an industrial freezer in our warehouse, we employ around 50 staff working in the freezer environment of a large online supermarket we would require them to visit our site and priovide a thermal risk assessment on the site and who would be willing to do a desk top exercise thereafter for other sites we have (if we provide temperature & are using the same thermal clothing etc).

The scope of work might look like:

  • attending a site to carry out the on site review of process / freezer area, data gathering (hours worked, breaks, temperatures)
  • compiling an assessment / report where guidance is provided relating to how long can our people work in that environment for the site and how long should their breaks be
  • undertaking a desk top exercise for other sites if we provided the overall temperatures, breaks & shift working times & clothing worn

We previously uesed the services of a consultant however they no longer provide this service so I was wondering if anyone has any connections with companies who would be able to assist  in this field.

Many thanks
