Looking for Risk Assessment software, where we can create,store all risk assessments digitally online and then send them to employees for them to acklowdge/sign.
Anyone have any suggestions?

In a previous role I used a program called HandsHQ. If I remember right, you can send them all of your RAMS, COSHH etc and they will populate a library for you and you can create custom jobs using bits from your library and their online system. If they didn't have a COSHH assessment for something, you can send them the MSDS and they will do an assessment for you (granted, a bit generic) within about 24 hours. You could send the custom job to relevant people to sign too. Not particularly cheap, but pretty good for places like large construction sites where RAMS may differ often.

We use Smartlog by Safesmart, its good for managing risk assessments and maintenance checks plus it has asset management tools. The actual template risk assessments provided are not great as they dont show the future control measures identified but you can upload your own documents. it also has an accident reporting feature which was one of the reasons we purchased it. Its not too bad on cost but if you are multi site it can be costly to add each site. For audits and inspections i have just started using iAuditor which is good. now im looking for a COSHH management system
