Any advice on how to approach a client question on asset management of a potential Life Sciences occupier, within a mixed use building of offices. CL3 Lab suite and building is not designed for containment and so retro-fit looks to be challenging in order to meet the control measures stipulated. My advice to the client is leaning towards avoid this occupier type. CL1 and CL2 reasonably practicably but not CL3. Anyone out there dealt with a similar enquiry?
