Is it just mains powered equipment that needs a Havs assessment or battery powered tools also?

Battery powered tools still vibrate, although often to a lower level than their mains counterparts. So all exposure to vibration needs assessing, which may include testing or if low level exposure you may get away with uing manufacture data.
