As my Engineers are mobile and are working in and around London i would like to develop an easy way for them to report Near Misses and Good Practices, that is instant and easy. i am looking at an application for this. does anyone have any recommendations please?

Hi,

If your company operates office 365 you could use the microsoft forms function and create a NM report form that they can go on and enter any NM or Hazards. You can set up automatic response as well so that it will alert you of any new submissions. This way it will not be a cost to the business, you can customise it to say what you want and there is a potential for the engineers to attach an image

I used this for numerous years whilst my company did not have any form of reporting system.

Ryan

Hi

Same as previous poster. We use Microsoft Forms (which autogenerates a QR code, everyone loves a QR code), I then use Power Automate to decide who to send the notification too and then it automatically logs on a SharePoint list.
