Rank: Super forum user		Especially in construction where the Department for Levelling Up Housing & Communities (DLUHC) continue their charge to eliminate CE marking by June 2025. different department = different rules https://www.constructionproducts.org.uk/news-media-events/news/2023/august/cpa-warns-about-continuing-impact-of-ca-mark/ And of course there is the drive to improve safety standards within the UK from online sales which will cut across all this dithering - despite the wording in the press CE marking is not "safety" https://single-market-economy.ec.europa.eu/single-market/ce-marking_en Bottom of page IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that a CE marking does not indicate that a product have been approved as safe by the EU or by another authority.
