Hi,

I am looking for information of the re-issuing of directions to a contractor, could anyone point me in the right direction?

I think it might help if you clarified your question.

Down to CDM Regulations 13 and 14, but in essence the PC can issue whatever directions they wish to Contractors subject to any contract conditions other than contract conditions which would be inconsistent with criminal law.

So, in broad terms, just as "what the Client wants, the Client gets" when it's a bit further down the supply chain "what the PC wants from Contractors, the PC gets".

Are you re-issuing previously issued information or is it new information for the PC.

If new information simple send it by email.
