Do the following come nder the CDM Regulations? (1) the routine testing of dry risers; (2)  replacement/adjustment of them

(1) Probably not.

(2) Almost certainly Yes.

What would you differently if NOT applying CDM?

My favourite job when in the fire service, but I don't think it is CDM except for initial commissioning by the installer.
