Hi all, Anyone got any tried and tested ideas in regards to Safety Campaigns that involve workforce engagement, done a few so far but looking for new ideas to stay away from the dreaded "death by powerpoint" camigns/training?

Might help if you say which sector, or what hazards are relivant to you? Sorry ignore me you have said energy sector! Cannot help - i wont delete so people can see im an idiot!

Lee, does your company have a regular Newsletter/Paper that all employee can see/read. You can put a H&S Quiz in there with a cash prize for the first correct entry received. Prior to the Quiz you could write a series of H&S topics relevant to your location then ask questions on that in the Quiz.

Yes, we already have/do lots of things bu looking for other ideas to freshen things up, that have been tried and tested that get the workforce involved but also has an objective behind it. Edited by user 12 June 2024 11:57:30(UTC)
