Can anyone advise as to whether there is a legal requirement to provide staff working in a clean room environment a break every 2 hours?

I understand this is with regards to the limits of the effectiveness of PPE in these environments and of course staff welfare.

I cant find anything specific on this  - any help appreciated.

I've worked around clean rooms and never come across anything so prescriptive as that.

Obviously breaks are important from that environment and from the typical activities in it.  But all clean rooms and the working practices within them are not the same, so how long should be between breaks resembles the length of a piece of string and should be discussed with those doing the work in them.
