Hi,

I just had a chat with my PI insurer and they told me there is no time limit on claims against me.  Something I wasn't aware of.

thanks 1 user thanked firesafety101 for this useful post.

How can there be any time limit on advice?

Based upon what you have communicated decisions and actions have been taken by others which could take many decades to be questioned.
