My name is Dave Pearson and I'm currently employed as a HSE & Training Manager in the heavy engineering and forging sector. NEBOSH Diploma qualified and a registered safety practitioner I've been involved in health and safety for 12 years. My specialities include policy / procedure development and the design and delivery of safety training courses.
I joined my present company in 1997 after 22 years in the RAF. Having made the transition from military to civilian life I now feel it is time to make a career move to an organisation with a more pro-active approach towards safety and environmental issues.
I would welcome any guidance or assistance that fellow professionals may offer.
