Raj,
The Americans and Canadians have this down to a fine thread. Try the OSHA's website at www.osha.gov or Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS) at www.ccohs.gov - I am not sure whether the latter address is absolutely correct, if not they are listed widely on the www.hotbot.com search engine.
