Posted By Paul Craythorne Graham, I don't know whether you are referring to a motor vehicle workshop/garage, but if you are, there is good guidance in HS(G)67 'health & safety in Motor vehicle Repair'. There is no 'Form' that you can use but it should give you enough pointers to create one. Regards, Paul
