Posted By Kate Eatock I am currently doing a project relating to the hazards that an insurance inspector may encounter whilst visiting policyholders properties and am trying to find any relevant case law relating to employees injured off site. In particular, I understand there was a case of a female architect who was injured whilst surveying a property and whose employers defence was as a qualified professional she was responsible for her own safety - however the courts did not agree - does anyone know the name of this case? Also, is there any recent case law which highlights the meaning of "competent persons" Thanks Kate
