Posted By Nick Higginson I have been charged with the task of carrying out a perception survey to satisfy three outcomes: 1.A requirement of ISRS 2.Advice from HSE 3.Remedial action from an accident investigation. It needs to address general loss control/safety issues. I already have some ideas and material to work from, but could do with some help. Posted By Ian Harper Nick, I had some experince in carrying out perception surveys in behaviour. Behaviour extends from a number of issues that you need to identify before you dive in.
