As you might imagine, there are many companies happy to provide specialist furniture - both chairs and desks etc, but you will hav to pay a premium for it.

Have you first considered whether (perhaps following a risk assessment) you can identify the specific problem for an individual and then get their existing workstation adapted accordingly - using your own in-house resources?

If you want to, or have to go the new furniture route, you could contact any of the major manufacturers - many of them appear to be Scandinavian. It is also worth noting, if you are not already aware, that ISO 9241 now requires that consideration be given to the selection of height adjustable desking - which can be adjusted from the normal working position.
