Since your first query is about the equipment needed, can I assume that you have yet to receive any training in how to test LEV? If that is the case, I would strongly recommend a suitable course as getting reliable, repeatable results takes more than just brandishing an anemometer.
The British Institute of Occupational Hygienists' courses are very good; see their website - www.bioh.org
