Dear All,

Does anyone have any info on permit to work systems?
Can this be a form or does it have to be a written statement that the engineers/contractors sign before they start work
I am trying to tie up some loose ends and would like this to be done before our outside auditors come in next month.
I know I have left it a bit late, but better late than never???
