Posted By Zyggy Turek Ken, It depends on how in-depth you want to get, but a good basic source of info.can be obtained from a HELA Local Authority Circular from September 2000 which can be found on the HSE's web-site at: www.hse.gov.uk/lau/lacs/75-1.htm Hope this helps.

As you will see, although there is some common ground, there seems to be almost as many theories on causes and remedies as there are websites.
