As part of an MSc project I am looking for a reputable source of statistical data, to demonstrate the rise in civil litigation over the recent years.

Can anybody help...?

Many Thanks

Kevin

I assume you've tried the Association Personal Injury Lawyers? I doubt if there is any official stats operation running, but the plaintiff bar probably as the biggest vested interest in keeping tabs on what's happening.

Best wishes in your hunt,

Allan
