I am interested in evaluating root cause analysis software, unfortunately the market products such as Proact that I have been able to locate is an American product without a UK distributor. Is anyone aware of a UK based distributor of software dealing with root cause analysis.

I have never found one. The American stuff tends to force you into their process with limited flexibility
