Not aware of any reputable courses at distance learning - but try your local EHO or the CIEH who are probably best placed to give you the correct advice.

They also have a food hygiene training directory on the internet, give it a try.

I believe you can get 'basic' or an 'introduction to food hygiene' on the net, but to get the 'intermediate' and above you would need to attend a course. Try www.nlg.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk for courses in your area.
