Posted By Robert K Lewis The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage)(England) Regulations 2001 are the prime requirement so far as legislation. They really cover most of what you will need including the specification for bunding. The DSEAR Regs 2002 will also place some requirements on you for Risk Assessment. There are numerous Codes floating around the web and I personally would start with a search there. Bob
