The practice has a workload which includes Planning Supervision, Health and Safety Training, Risk Assessments, Asbestos Management, Safety Management, Health & Safety audits, and Expert Witness. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to be based at our busy Isle of Man office. The successful applicant ideally will: -have a construction background -have a thorough knowledge of the CDM regulations -be familiar with the APS Planning Supervisor's Guide and model Health & Safety Plan and Health & Safety file. -have a minimum of two years planning supervisor experience on a range of projects of different types and sizes. -ideally be a member of the Association for Project Safety -have health and safety qualifications, e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate -be IT literate In return, we offer an attractive salary and good working conditions. Posted By Dave Wilson Good job mate but what a boring place to live for 50 weeks of the year, tax breaks good, housing shockingly expensive and so is the food and the gas, leccy etc. cant get to or of the place easy without costing an arm and a leg,
free dentistry and specs etc but waving to the faries every couple of minutes not 4 me bud!
