The practice has a workload which includes Planning Supervision, Health and Safety Training, Risk Assessments, Asbestos Management, Safety Management, Health & Safety audits, and Expert Witness. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to be based at our busy Isle of Man office. The successful applicant ideally will: -have a construction background -have a thorough knowledge of the CDM regulations -be familiar with the APS Planning Supervisor's Guide and model Health & Safety Plan and Health & Safety file. -have a minimum of two years planning supervisor experience on a range of projects of different types and sizes. -ideally be a member of the Association for Project Safety -have health and safety qualifications, e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate -be IT literate In return, we offer an attractive salary and good working conditions.
