Posted By Jean Telstar are you referring to the Risk Practitioners Register. This is held by the Institute of Risk Management. http://www.theirm.org/co...arm_rrp_flyer_050629.pdfI belong to both. I have received some excellent information from their members. There is also a free legal helpline and a magazine each month with this membership. However, from an employment perspective it is generally membership of IOSH that is requested.

to help clients by providing information to assist in their choice of consultant;
to help members who are consultants by enabling them to demonstrate membership of a professional register.
If so, I as a CMIOSH am actively using the regoister to source assistance in an area outside of my field...if this helps.
