I’m a new IOSH member (Graduate) and plan to progress to CMIOSH based on the reciprocal agreement between IOSH and the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (USA). I have reviewed the IOSH publication, "Chartered Membership – Your Guide to the Open Assessment", but I’d appreciate candid insight regarding what I can really expect during the Open Assessment and the Professional Review Interview; and how best to prepare.
