Posted By Karen Sephton My job role is being reviewed today. I am NEBOSH CERT qualified, Affiliate member of IOSH. I am trying to find out of my salary is correct as i feel i am under paid. My Job Description: - Maintain all policies & Procedures Accidents Investigations, reporting etc. All General H&S Administration. Travelling. i travel all over UK probably 6-8 times a month to visit sites and carry out site inspections/audits.

Posted By A Campbell Karen, there are many differences in relation to pay I think you may find. I must admit your description is very short and I can only presume it has many sub headings.... a short description may not give a lot of credence to an enhanced salary?

Investigation Monthly H & S Report Updating approved Contractors list and collating certificates General Telephone calls Health & Safety Inductions arranging of all Occupational Health medicals Keeping up to date with new legislation Attending Health & Safety Meetings Adhoc duties Accident / Incident Investigations RIDDOR Reporting Organising medicals if needed PPE Gaining Quotes for New PPE Placing orders via PIMS Completing of registers for all staff Collating of Certificates, scanning and filing. Inspections and testing of PPE as and when required Organising of PAT Testing Organising Calibration of Equipment Organising of all training course for site staff / internal staff Updating training register Site Visits Audit reports Photographs PPE Inspections

Posted By mainman its difficult to say "what salary you should be on as all organisations are differnt and it depends oin what they want, but it would be easier to say if you were being "underpaid" , what salary are you currently on.
