Supervisors / Managers - IOSH Managing Safely Course??
General Operatives - IOSH Working Safely or your own induction package?

Posted By SBH I would say you need the PTTLS qualification plus a NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate as a minimum. From PTTLS (Preparing to train i9n the lifelong learning sector)you can advance to PGCertEd.

Posted By DaGuru Assuming you have the appropriate H&S qualification and experience, I would say a train the trainer qualification would be a very minimum.

Posted By Heather Collins This question has been asked and discussed on here many times before. A search for CIEH will turn up most of the previous threads.
