I think you'll struggle to find UK case law on the web without subscriptions, passwords, etc. - to date I have had no luck.

There are some academic resources out there (and good Commonwealth law sites) which will give you relevant summaries - try searching with Google

If I was preparing for part II I think I'd rather look at the full case reports - and it's not too difficult - if your local library hasn't got them then your local university certainly will - I've never had problems slipping into Oxford Brookes University's library to browse (The Bodleian's another matter altogether!) Indeed its worth investigating whether you can join your local university library - either corporately or individually
