I have to say that the results were disappointing as the system used seemed geared towards benefitting people in less specialised jobs, such as classroom assistants and so on. There is some debate here as to what system our principal officers will use for their evaluations - but wouldn't you know it, H&S isn't up there in the "principal" grades.
