Posted By Liz Ferrier I am currently working with a national chain of retail/repair franchises and rather than reinvent the wheel(!) I wonder if any one has any safe systems of work etc or reference documents to assist us in establishing risk assessment/safe systems of work process. Any leads gratefully received.
