Being a cynical old s*d, you always get what you pay for: if the item is much cheaper than the competition - well you know what to expect. The playing field is far from level. I would suggest to any H&S advisor to ignore the CE mark and check out new purchases for themselves. If it is expensive or complex then get a specialist in.
