dear all

we currently install a new line, to make people work safe, we want to know the following data:

1.Min passage around equipment
2.Min passage close to moving parts
3.Min passage close to heat surfaces

could anyone kindly offer the data.

From this note and your subsequent note, it sounds like you are in the process of setting up a kitchen of some description.
