I have seen £25 per glove, not pair, for an anti-vibration glove which is sized. I've not had experience of furnace gloves for some years, 24 to be precise, and they were politely called unisize in those days. Bob

Ross, Safety House, Kerfoot Street, Warrington, Cheshire WA2 8NU, Tel 01925 419941. They produced made-to-measure PPE at a reasonable price, I think I had to order a minimum of 10 pairs of heat resistant gloves. I'm not sure if the company is still operating but might be worth trying. regards Steve

Posted By Merv Newman Marie, Nomex gloves are very good, but only for dry heat. Steam goes straight through them. They are expensive, but for light use, such as yours seems to be, they last well Best regards Merv Newman
