Posted By Steve Conway I am after a checklist (or suggestions) which could be used for an annual inspection/integrity test of compressed gas cylinder regulators. Thanks Steve

Posted By john r sharp Steve I would suggest contacting the manufacturer/ supplier of your regulators and seeking advice about this: visually, you can only look at the gauges (if fitted), the threads and the general condition. The inside workings need specialist attention. Defective regulators are normally replaced on a service exchange basis. Ensure that you keep any records of inspections. I found that this approach worked very well over the years. Regards John

Posted By Jane Blunt One of the major gas suppliers runs courses in inspection of oxyacetylene equipment. This course has a very thorough section on the visual inspection of regulators, and the leak testing thereof. Jane
