We operate a number of Counterbalance FLT's and a small off-road 4x4 buggy, which are required to cross a small public 'B' class road that splits our site. Are the FLT's required to have 'Road Tax'? and is the buggy required to have 'Road Tax' also?

Probably a good question for the local police or swansea.
BUT!! a factory I once worked in, we had
a one cab shunt unit for the movement of
trailers on site. When the unit needed
to be taking on the road to a local garage for repairs I am almost sure we had to
obtain some road plates to and from the garage.
