Posted By David MacDonald We operate a number of Counterbalance FLT's and a small off-road 4x4 buggy, which are required to cross a small public 'B' class road that splits our site. Are the FLT's required to have 'Road Tax'? and is the buggy required to have 'Road Tax' also?

Posted By Arthur Hendry Paterson David Probably a good question for the local police or swansea. BUT!! a factory I once worked in, we had a one cab shunt unit for the movement of trailers on site. When the unit needed to be taking on the road to a local garage for repairs I am almost sure we had to obtain some road plates to and from the garage.
