Posted By Ken Taylor You will, obviously need an assessment for the particular items (taking into account, rigidity, hand-holds, distances, weights, etc, etc) and to follow the guidance in L23 - but, in any event, if the job is to be done manually it must, in my opinion, require more than one person.

Posted By Neil Pearson Look in industrial handling catalogues. You can get devices that help you move flat boards between horizontal and vertical, and move them around. Might work with mattresses.
