Posted By n thorpe Can anyone suggest a good sofware package for accident reports?
I'd be very intested if anyone has used Norton Waugh (Croner) Accident Reporting system and can give me some feedback on it.
Also, does anyone have their own means of recording and analsying acccidents....particularly in a large multi site organisation.
Thank you

My Council has just completed the development of an Intranet based accident-reporting package. It provides full accident report and investigation facilities and an analysis package. It works on a principle that once an accident is reported the details are routed to the individuals manager who must undertake or arranges an accident investigation (depending on the type of accident) . Only if the safety adiviser responsible for maintaining the system is satisfied with the AI report will the accident be closed down. It is able to link to most modern HR systems so that personal details can be entered automatically from personnel records. If you would like to know more please contact me on 0208 545 3838.
Regards
John
