Check for yourself, but I think we have trichloroethene (aka trichloroethylene, CAS 79-01-6) MEL 100 ppm 8 hr, 150 ppm 15 min. vinyl chloride, CAS 75-01-4, MEL 3 ppm 8hr (changed in 2003) Chloroform, an OES, 2 ppm 8hr Toluene, an OES, 50 ppm 8hr, 150 ppm 15 min. What is the d8% ?? 1,2 dichloroethene CAS 540-59-0, an OES 200 ppm 8hr, 250 ppm 15 min. For properties/MSDS you might like to have a go at accessing somewhere like the Sigma Aldrich site.
