You need EH40 2002 with EH40 2003 supplement (the latter is free on the Internet).

Check for yourself, but I think we have

trichloroethene (aka trichloroethylene, CAS 79-01-6) MEL 100 ppm 8 hr, 150 ppm 15 min.

vinyl chloride, CAS 75-01-4, MEL 3 ppm 8hr (changed in 2003)

Chloroform, an OES, 2 ppm 8hr

Toluene, an OES, 50 ppm 8hr, 150 ppm 15 min.

What is the d8% ??

1,2 dichloroethene CAS 540-59-0, an OES 200 ppm 8hr, 250 ppm 15 min.
